We are proud to announce that our newly refurbished and reopened office facility launched this month. Having stood vacant for a number of years in the greenbelt West Yorkshire village of Allerton Bywater, West Court has recently been the subject of an extensive renovation and refurbishment plan, and has now opened its doors to new tenants.
Yorkshire based entrepreneur Adrian Harris has made a significant investment in the building, and with the help of his team has transformed it into a fantastic working environment for small businesses needing office space. “We wanted to provide for small businesses who need a flexible, affordable solution to office space, without compromising of the general comfort and atmosphere that a productive working environment needs.”
He also hopes that the offices will help the local economy in the Allerton Bywater area. “When the offices are fully subscribed, which we anticipate will be very soon, there will be many professional people working from the site at any one time. All of these people will no doubt, be spending money in the local shops and that can only be a good thing for the village.”
